3 mashed bananan
1 ½ cups oats
1 ½ cups carmel protein I use premier
3 tsp chia seeds
1 cup nf Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp milk of choice
6 tsp caramel skinny syrup or caramel extract
¾ tsp cinnamon
3 dashes salt

Combine all ingredients in a jar at night and let it sit overnight . Next morning place in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.I use 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp crushed hemp and 13 lily chips and a some twix dust
