I want to do more posting here. I did make a space for it (lol) . We are having a Summer Reset Challenge coinciding with the one Weight Watchers is doing . So many wanted to join in but they closed it . I have asked anyone who is in the WW private challenge to share anything they think will be helpful to our challenge group and use the hashtags #wwsummerresetchallenge so things can easily be found in the group search . Week one is Tracking your food for 7 days strong and has already begun .! join in anytime there is nothing to do but follow any tips given . Do the best you can and enjoy the food you eat ! Don’t eat something because its low in points
