 ½ cup old fashioned oats
 ¾ cup milk of choice I used unsweetened Almond
 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
 cinnamon
 salt
 ¼ cup yogurt I use non fat
 1 apple grated
 ¼ tsp extract of choice
 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or nuts of your choice
 chopped pear or berries
 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

combine all ingredients ( so save some for topping) and refrigerate overnight and enjoy
