 ¼ cup rolled old fashioned oats
 ¼ cup shredded zucchini patted dry
 ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
 2 tbsp egg whites
 1 tbsp brown sugar substitute
 1 dash salt
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 ¾ tsp vanilla extract
 lily chips optional

Combine all ingredients well . You can add nuts or chocolate chips they are optional .Place in a spread mini loaf pan and bake 375 degrees for 25 mins .
