 1 Can of white beans drained and rinsed
 2 Cloves of garlic
 1 ½ tbsp water or olive oil
 ¼ cup cottage cheese or yogurt
 1 dash salt and pepper
 1 tsp lemon juice you add more if you like

Combine all ingredients in your food processor or mini chop and blend until smooth . This dip is zero points unless you eat the whole thing . Then it is 1 ww point for the cottage cheese ( I used 1% )
