 40 g vanilla protein powder
 2 tbsp all purpose flour
 1 egg
  tsp salt
 1 tsp baking powder
 3 tbsp lakanto monk fruit sugar replacement
 2 tbsp plain non fat greek yogurt
 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Combine all ingredients well. Use a cookie scoop and scoop 6 cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet top with a few rainbow sprinkles and bake for 10 -12 mins .
1 cookie is 53 calories 6.7g of protein 9.2 g of carbs
1 ww point and 1 BB bite for for up to 2 cookies .
