 2 mini flat bread or 1/2 full lavash. 1 point
 1 can tuna in water drained
 4 tbsp pizza sauce
 2 tbsp onion
 6 sun-dried tomatoes chopped
 2 tbsp peppers
 1 oz light mozzarella 1 point

Top your flat bread with sauce and toppings . Bake 400 degree oven for approx 4-5 mins (keep an eye on it )
