 2 cans Rinsed and Drained Chick Peas
  cup unsweetened nut milk
 1 box Sf Instant vanilla Jello Pudding
 ½ cup sugar replacement
 1 tsp cake batter extract
 ¼ tsp salt
 Sugar free strawberry jam
 fresh strawberries
 redi whip

Add chickpeas to your large food processor and plus until sand like texture. Add the pudding mix, milk, and monk fruit  and blend until smooth consistency . Scrap the bowl down several times 
place in a bowl and keep in fridge. You can top with chopped fresh strawberries and SF Jam and Redi Whip when serving 
 

The whole amount is 4 ww points  I figure 1/3 cup is zero.

 Serve with pretzels and or fruit or graham
 crackers.
