Yields2 Servings
 2 cups of cooked vegetables of your choice
 4 slices of bread of your choice * my bread was 2 points cut into cubes
 4 eggs beaten (zero for Me)
 ½ cup milk of choice
 2 tbsp NF Greek Yogurt
 2 tsp dijion mustard
 salt, pepper and spices of your choice
 2 slices of Canadian bacon diced
 2 tsp baking powder
 32 g Feta cheese for the top ( it is 1 point)

Combine all ingredients well. Preheat oven 375 degrees . Place in a mini loaf pan sprayed with non stick spray and bake for 30 mins
For me on personal points its 3 points for the whole loaf
