 1 ½ tsp Ground Sage
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tsp ground oregano
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
 ½ tsp fennel seeds ( I left out )
 2 tbsp maple syrup or pancake syrup

combine all dry ingredients. You can use 1 pound of either  ground chicken , turkey or pork then add the maple syrup and mix well .

This is zero points if you use sf pancake syrup , if you use regular maple and if you get 6 patties then they would be 1 ww point
