 ¼ cup pure pumpkin
 1 egg whisked
 1 dash of salt
 2 tbsp Lakanto brown sugar substitute
 ¾ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp extract of your choice
 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice and or cinnamon
 ½ cup quick oats ( you can use old fashioned )

Put all ingredients in a small bowl and combine well . Place in a mini loaf pan spread with pam spray and bake 375 for 25 mins . you can also add lily chips if you like or nuts too . On WW you just have to count the oats for 3 ww points for the whole loaf
