1 box of sf jello mix (not family size )
½ cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
200 g non fat plain greek yogurt

Place jello in bowl and add 1/2 cup  boiling water and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes . Add 200 grams of FF greek yogurt and mix well. I placed some chopped fresh fruit  in the bottom of 4 glasses and divide jello mixture evenly . Refrigerate for at least 3 hours . I will top with some red whip and enjoy
It makes 4 servings at zero points eachÂ
5 g of protein per serving in make into 4Â
