 ¼ cup Ground Corn Meal
 ¼ cup Non -Fat instant dry powdered milk
 1 tsp baking powder4
 3 tbsp Brown Sugar substitute
 ½ cup crushed pineapple drained
 1 Eggs whisked

Combine All ingredients well . Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Bake for 10-12 Mins. I used a mini muffin pan and the recipe made 12 or make 6 regular ones and bake for 15-17 mins . 1 pp for mini 2 pp for regular
