Brine
2 ½ cups water
2 ½ cups distilled white vinegar
1 ¼ tbsp pickling spice
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
5 garlic cloves cut in half
4 cups cauliflower fresh florets seperated

Place all bring ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil . Place all florets in a large jar or container . Once brine has come to a boil make sure salt is dissolved . Pour brine over cauliflower and mix well . Let stand on counter and come to room temp and then place in refrigerator
