1 ½ cups Old fashioned oats
3 tsp chia seeds
1 ½ tsp sf peach jello
3 tsp cake batter extract
1 ½ cups vanilla premier protein or use milk
1 cup nf greek yogurt
6 tbsp cashew milk or almond milk unsweetened ( you may need more)
1 ½ cups fresh peaches for toppings

Combine all ingredients well ( I add peaches the next day ) and place in fridge overnight . The next morning top with peaches and some brown sugar substitute and some crushed hemp ( 1 tsp)
