First cycle
 ½ cup old fashioned oats
 1 cup water
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 dash salt
second cycle
 1 tbsp protein powder or half a scoop
 3 tbsp egg whites
  almond milk or any milk of your choice
toppings
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 2 tbsp greek yogurt
 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
 1 tsp crushed hemp hearts
 ½ tsp flax meal

Combine the ingredients well in your mini dash and cook one cycle (as long as your oats are cooked you can move on to the next cycle if not then cook another few mins ) Add the next batch of ingredients for cycle 2 and cook for a few mins ( it does not need a whole cycle , so stay and keep an eye ) Place in a bowl and top as you wish . I put what I put on top.
