⅓ cup dried cranberries or apricots
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup skinny syrup ( add by tbsp ) to make moist

To make these healthy oatmeal bars, first, combine all ingredients well. I would add the skinny syrup a little at a time to just moist. I did decrease the amount I used in the video. I place in a 8X8 pan that I lined with parchment paper and baked In a 400 degree oven for 25 mins
Makes 12 bars for 2pp for me
