Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup rolled old fashioned oats
 3 cups water
 salt
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp maple syrup( I used syrup substitute )

Combine all and use a blender and blend well. Pour through a mesh strainer into a jar . DO NOT PUSH MUSHY OATS THROUGH THE SIVE IT WILL ADD GRIT.
For me on PP it comes out to 1 point per cup
