Yields1 Serving
 ¼ cup quick oats (see directions for larger amount )
 ½ container of unsweetened apple sauce
 1 egg whisked
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 dash salt
  tsp vanilla extract or extract of your choice
 1 tbsp almond milk or any milk of your choice
  tsp cinnamon
 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute I use Lakanto
 13 Lily chips (zero point amount in the brown bag variety )

mix everything in your mug that you sprayed with nonstick spray.
Cook in your microwave for about 3 mins or a tad less.
This whole mug is only 2 ww points
You can change it up by adding 1/3 cup oats and the whole apple sauce and it would come out to 2 ww points . Or you can use an oatmeal packet that is flavored instead of the quick oats you just need to adjust the points to what they are for the packet and some packets have the sweetener and cinnamon already, Just be aware and adjust. If you are on the diabetic plan you have to count the unsweetened apple sauce 1 point for 1/2 and 2 points for the whole container
