 2 cans of rinsed and drained chickpeas
 1 box of SF vanilla instant pudding mix
 ½ cup sugar replacement (add more if you want it sweeter )
  cup almond milk unsweetened
 1 tsp cinnamon
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 1 block light cheese cheese
 ¼ cup unsweetened coconut
 ¼ tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get the consistency you like ( place your chick peas in first to help them along )n Top with cinnamon and coconut
Taste if you want it sweeter add more sweetener .
Serving size is 2 tbsp
