½ cup rolled oats
½ tsp baking powder
½ serving of protein powder of your choice
2 dashes salt
⅓ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup cottage cheese
1 egg
½ cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds  , Spray a mini loaf pan with non stick spray . Preheat over to 375 and place batter in and bake for 30 mins , You can add chocolate chips  make sure you adjust the points .
32g of protein  6 ww points . (3 are for the oats as you are suppose to count them if you blend  and and 1 for the ff milk I use . )
She is good enough to have as a dessert ( add some sweetener or even cocoa powder )Â
