3 ¾ cups Oats ,either quick or rolled
1 cup NF Greek Yogurt
1 cup Pumpkin
2 tsp baking soda
¾ cup sugar replacement
1 tsp pumkin pie spice
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp salt
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients well and place in a sprayed with non stick sprayed loaf pan,Press down and get all the pockets of air out . I did top it with some pumpkin seeds and bake 365 degrees for 40 -50 mins If oats are your zero pointed foods along with yogurt and eggs this is a zero pointed bread . I did count as 2 points on the blue plan
