3 ¾ cups oats
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 egg whisked

Pre heat oven to 365 degrees and combine all ingredients in a large bowl well. Place in a sprayed loaf pan and bake for 45-50 mins . You can also bake in a donut pan for bagels as well Bake for 20 mins .. If you get 12 Â servings/slices it's 2 points per slice .**** they are now zero points on the current ww plan as of Jan 2025
I added some pumpkin seeds to the topÂ
SAVORY Â you can add 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried rosemary and 2 tbsp of chopped sun dried tomatoes not packed in oilÂ

Great recipe. It lovely to have an inexpensive gluten low point bread. I hope you comeback to the recipe and share your versions of sweet and savory. My diabetic celiac husband uses it for sandwiches. I use it with reduced sugar jam or no sugar apple butter. Thanks for sharing
