 ¼ cup whole wheat flour
 ¼ cup quick oats
 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute
 ¼ tsp baking soda
 ¼ tsp ground cloves
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground ginger
 salt
 1 egg
 1 tsp molassess
 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
 2 tbsp Jordans skinny syrup Gingerbread flavor
Glaze (optional )
 1 ½ tbsp powdered monk fruit sugar substitute

Combine all dry ingredients . Add all wet and combine well. You can use flavor god's gingerbread spice or any brand and omits the individual ones. If you dont have the skinny syrup add another tsp of molasses .
Bake at 375 for 25-30 mins . 'check with a toothpick. Cool Completely
Glaze with some 1 1/5 tbsp of powdered monk fruit mixed with the skinny syrup or any liquid to make the glaze of your consistency . Light Cream cheese would be great as well!
