 2 large eggs whisked
 50 g shredded potatoes thawed 1 point
 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
 1 tbsp diced onion
 3 slices of Canadian bacon diced 1 point
 ¼ tsp being powder
 ¼ tsp garlic
 2 tbsp cottage cheese
 8 spinach leaves chopped
 2 tbsp egg whites
 1 tbsp a p flour
 1 tbsp almond milk

Mix all ingredients well and place in the mini dash rice cooker and cook for 2 cycles mixing between cycles
3 points for the whole Frittata
you can bake in the oven as well or any of the other dash appliances
