½ tsp supriva or sf instant pudding mix
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey ( I used choc zero its 1 ww point )
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tsp crushed hemp ~ 1 ww point
1 tbsp granola 1 ww point
1 tsp sliced almonds

Place fruit in a pan and sauté in butter spray for a few mins, Add your supriva or pudding mix to cottage cheese or yogurt . Top bowl with cooked fruit and toppings of your choice ( I used the ones above ) on the amounts and ingredients I used it came out to  6 ww diabetic points  229 calories , 37g carbs 16g protein, 16g fiber
