¼ cup protein pancake mix or any pancake mix
1 egg
2 tbsp cottage cheese
2 tbsp milk of your choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
chocolate / white chocolate chips ( optional )
1 tsp supriva flavor powder or sf pudding mix (optional

combine all ingredients well either in the mug or  in a bowl and then place  in a large mug sprayed with non stick spray and microwave for 2 mins . Check to make sure it is cooked . You could bake it in a ramekin  350 for possible 15 mins ( but I am not sure of the time as I have not make it that way )
My pancake came to 5 ww points  248 calories 35 carbs 20g protein 15g of fiber . Based on my ingredients.
