combine all ingredients well either in the mug or in a bowl and then place in a large mug sprayed with non stick spray and microwave for 2 mins . Check to make sure it is cooked . You could bake it in a ramekin 350 for possible 15 mins ( but I am not sure of the time as I have not make it that way )
