4 ½ cups cottage cheese 1%
4 ½ cups milk 1 %
6 tsp garlic
1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth . Place in a pot and heat up. Cook your pasta according to package directions .8-10 oz
toss pasta into sauce .I added seafood to my sauce (imitation crab and some old bay seasonings )
