  cup cold brew base ( link is below for easy recipe)
  cup milk of choice ~ I used unsweetened almond or oat
 ½ of a frozen banana
 2 tbsp rolled old fashioned oats
 ¼ tsp cinnamon,
 ¼ tsp dark cocoa powder ~ I use the black
 1 packet of sweetner
 ice

Add base of cold brew and the rest of the ingredients to a blende and blend well . Add as much ice as you want ( remember the more ice the thicker it will be) Top with Whipped cream if you like.
You can add your favorite collagen powder if you like or even some protein powder or use liquid protein in place of the milk
