 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder ( I used the black )
 salt
 2 tbsp monk fruit sugar replacement granular
wet ingredients
 2 tbsp milk of choice ( I used almond )
 2 tbsp NF greek yogurt
 ¼ tsp peppermint extract
 1 egg
Filling
 4 tbsp light whipped topping
 ¼ tsp peppermint extract
 13 Lilly chips
 crushed candy cane

In a medium bowl . Combine dry ingredients and mix well . Add wet ingredients and combine . Add to mug or baking dish that you sprayed well . cook in microwave for 2 min 30 seconds Cool Completely Make your filling .Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-18 mins.
Place filling in middle of whoopie pie and add a sprinkle of crushed candy cane
