 1 mashed banana
 1 egg or use egg substitute
 1 tsp baking powder
 4 tbsp Cream of wheat
 1 tbsp black cocoa powder/of cocoa of your choice
 1 tbsp monk fruit sugar replacement
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 salt

Pre-heat oven to 400. Combine all ingredient and place in a greased mini loaf pan 5 1/2 X 3 1/2 . Bake for 25 mins and check with a toothpick for doneness .
4 sp on Blue and Purple and 6 on Green if using an egg
