 1 Banana mashed
 1 ½ tbsp egg whites
 2 tbsp ricotta cheese/cottage cheese
 1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ cup flour
 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice I use Lakanto
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 dash cinnamon

Combine all ingredients well and place in your mini dash rice cooker and cook for 2 cycles. If you dash wont cook on a second cycle ( let it cool )
5 points for the ingredients I used.
I felt it was very filling and I only ate half .
