Oat Base
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ½ scoop of Devotion Protein Powder angel food
 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 dash salt
 ¼ cup egg whites
 ½ cup milk of choice almond or fat free ( my choices )
Yogurt Topping
 ⅓ NF Greek Yogurt I used plain or as much as you like
 ½ Scoop Supriva flavor powder or sf pudding mix 1 tsp
 3 tbsp chopped fruit of choice
 1 tsp nuts and seeds of your choice ( you point what you use
 1 tbsp Sf maple syrup for the top
 Cinnamon

Pre heat oven to 375. Blend oat base in blender until combine and bake for 25 mins . Prepare your topping and fruit and nuts , seeds of choice If you eat the whole loaf based on the ingredients  I use it would be 5 ww points 416 Calories 48g carbs 36g protein 7g fiber . I ate half the loaf 3 ww points 289 calories 31g carbs 20g protein 4g fiber 

You can also add more protein powder to the yogurt as well .
