1 egg whisked or egg substitute equivalent
⅓ cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 pinch salt
½ tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup quick oats or old fashioned
2 tbsp Shredded apples or cooked diced apples
1 tbsp brown sugar sub of choice or supriva flavor powder
1 tsp chia seeds ( optional)

Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray a mini loaf pan with non stick spray . Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl well. Add to your prepared pan and bake for 20-25 mins .
