1 tsp chia seeds (optional )
⅓ cup nf greek Plain yogurt
½ chopped apple small
fresh blueberries
1 tbsp chopped walnuts or nuts of your choice
squeeze of lemon
1 tsp honey over top

Combine oats and juice (and chia ) and let sit overnight . Next Morning add the rest of the ingredients  and enjoy . 6ww points 302 calories  50g carbs 13g protein 5g Fiber  based on the ingredients I used. I used trader joes peach mango juice .Â
