  cup protein pancake mix
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  tsp cinnamon
 sf pudding mix or supriva flavor powder flavor powder of your choice
 1 dash salt
 1 tsp vanilla extract or maple extract
 ¼ cup pumpkin puree or apple sauce or mashed banana
 ¼ cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt
 1 egg whisked
 chocolate chips (optional )
 pumpkin seeds ( optional)

Combine all wet ingredients well and add dry ingredients. Remember if you put optional ingredients in you will have to adjust your points . Place in a well greased mini loaf pan and bake 375 degrees for 25 mins . Let cool for a few mins and remove  and add syrup over top fff
