  cup oat flour
  cup cottage cheese
 3 tbsp Egg whites or 1 egg
 ½ tsp baking soda
 1 dash salt
 9 ½ g of protein powder
 1 scoop suprivia butter biscuit flavor powder /sweetener (optional )

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees . Combine dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients to combine well . Form into a bun and air fry 15 mins flip then 3 more. Top as you wish . Glaze or syrup or pb.

6 ww points as you are suppose to count oat flour . 32g protein 335calories 18g fiber
