16 oz cottage cheese I used 1%
2 ½ tbsp SF pistachio pudding mix
6 shredded wheat squares crushed
1 tsp light butter

Whip cottage cheese with a blender or immersion blender. Add pudding mix and mix well. Melt butter and toast shredded wheat . Combine pudding and shredded wheat . Use a filling. Top with melted  lily chipsÂ
I ww point for light butter , I ww point for the cereal , 1 ww point for the amount of cottage cheese  in my servingÂ
I served with strawberries and as a filling for French toastÂ
