 ½ cup oats ( I used quick )
 1 tbsp egg white
 2 tbsp NF Greek yogurt
 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 dash salt
 1 tsp seasonings of choice

Combine all ingredients well . Preheat oven to 375 . Form into a ball and make a patty and place on a parchment  lined baking dish and spray with I can't believe it's not butter and sprinkle with seasonings of your choice . Bake for 18 minus flip and spray the other side and bake for 4 -5 mins more . Cool for a bit and  slice and toast  . As of 2025 its zero points of WW
