 ¾ cup cottage cheese or yogurt
 ¼ serving of vanilla protein or 1 tsp of sf pudding mix
 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flout or coconut flour
 chocolate chips as many as you want to count
 ½ tsp suprivia (optional )

combine all ingredients and chill . You count this for the serving you have and the ingredients you used .  I ate mine in 3 servings as an after dinner snack
