Savory French Toast – French Toast Suzanne

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup of cooked vegetables of your choice
 2 slices of bread of your choice * my bread was 2 points cut into cubes
 2 eggs beaten (zero for Me)
 ¼ cup milk of choice
 1 tbsp NF Greek Yogurt
 1 tsp dijion mustard
 salt, pepper and spices of your choice
 1 slices of Canadian bacon diced
 1 tsp baking powder
 16 g Feta cheese for the top ( it is 1 point)

Combine all ingredients well. Preheat oven 375 degrees . Place in a mini loaf pan sprayed with non stick spray and bake for 30 mins
For me on personal points its 3 points for the whole loaf
