2 tbsp greek yogurt

1 dash pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp brown sugar replacment

1 dash salt

1 tsp SF instant pudding mix (cheesecake or vanilla or while chocolate)

Make your French toast. Combine filling and place between cooked French toast and top with whipped cream
The points are determined by the bread you use . My bread was 4 points and my filling was zero.
