  cup Ground Corn Meal
  cup Non -Fat instant dry powdered milk
 ½ tsp baking powder4
 1 ½ tbsp Brown Sugar substitute
 ¼ cup crushed pineapple drained
 ½ Eggs whisked

Combine All ingredients well . Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Bake for 10-12 Mins. I used a mini muffin pan and the recipe made 12 or make 6 regular ones and bake for 15-17 mins . 1 pp for mini 2 pp for regular
