The Lyn ~ Orange Cranberry Cake

 ¼ cup a p flour
 ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
 ¼ tsp orange extract or use juice from a orange 2 tbsp
 1 pinch orange zest just a few flecks
 1 tbsp monk fruit sugar replacement or sugar of your choice
 1 ½ tbsp reduced sugar died cranberries chopped
 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 dash salt
 2 tbsp egg whites or 1 egg
 ½ cup mandarin oranges I(not is syrup ) drained or use fresh
topping
 1 ½ tbsp powered sugar replacement and milk to make a drizzle

Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl and combine well . Preheat oven to 375 and place batter in a well sprayed mini loaf pan and top with a few oranges and cranberries and a dusting of sweetener and bake for 20-25 mins .
After I removed from the oven I did spoon a tbsp of Amaretto skinny syrup over the top ( optional ) let cool for 5 mins and remove from pan and let cool completely and top with glaze if you would like
This for me came out to 4 ww points for the whole cake based on the ingredients I used
