 ¾ tsp peppermint extract

Filling
 12 tbsp light whipped topping
 ¾ tsp peppermint extract
 39 Lilly chips
 crushed candy cane

In a medium bowl . Combine dry ingredients and mix well . Add wet ingredients and combine . Add to mug or baking dish that you sprayed well . cook in microwave for 2 min 30 seconds Cool Completely Make your filling .Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-18 mins.
Place filling in middle of whoopie pie and add a sprinkle of crushed candy cane
4 points for the whole whoopie pie
