Caramel Banana Over Night Oats

Yields1 Serving

 1 mashed bananan
 ½ cup oats
 ½ cup carmel protein I use premier
 1 tsp chia seeds
  cup nf Greek Yogurt
 1 tbsp milk of choice
 2 tsp caramel skinny syrup or caramel extract
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 1 dash salt
1

Combine all ingredients in a jar at night and let it sit overnight . Next morning place in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.I use 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp crushed hemp and 13 lily chips and a some twix dust
