Basic Hummus Zero WW Points + Varations

Yields1 Serving

 1 can Rinsed and Drained Chick Peas
 2 cloves roasted garlic or add more
  cup NF greek yogurt
 lemon zest and juice to taste
 2 pinches salt

Blend everything in a food processor until combined and smooth.
I did add about 1 1/2 tbsp of water to thin it out a bit.
you can drizzle a very tiny amount of toasted sesame oil if you like. But just a very small amount. this is a zero point hummus

Mushroom Topping for Hummus

Place in a bowl
8 oz of mushrooms of your choice chopped
1 tsp oil oil
garlic
 
Add oil to a hot skillet and add mushrooms and garlic and cook until tender, Add 1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar and cook until mushrooms are coated . Place on top of hummus and enjoy
