 40 g Oat flour
 27 g vanilla protein powder , one serving
 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice I used allulose
 ½ tsp baking powder
 80 ml milk of choice I used fat free (more it too dry )
 40 g Non Fat Greek yogurt
 ½ tsp almond extract
 10 g sliced almonds for topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees .Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place in a sprayed ramekin and top with the almonds . bake for 20-15 mins . 8 ww points 372 calories  34 g protein
